1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or placing an order on LocalBasket, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. LocalBasket connects hyper-local neighborhood stores, pharmacies, dairies, and fresh meat outlets with customers for quick delivery services.
2. Order Placement & Fast Delivery
All orders placed on LocalBasket are processed in real-time by local partner shops. Delivery times are estimated between 15 to 30 minutes based on distance, traffic, and store fulfillment capacity. Minimum order amounts and delivery fees apply as displayed during checkout.
3. Prescription Medicines & Health Items
Orders containing prescription drugs or OTC healthcare items require a valid doctor's prescription upload. Partner licensed pharmacies reserve the right to verify or reject non-compliant prescription uploads.
4. Payments, Refunds & Wallet
LocalBasket supports Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment options. Refunds for canceled, missing, or damaged items will be credited back to the customer's wallet or original payment method within 24–48 hours upon shop verification.
5. User Conduct & Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Fraudulent activities or abusive behavior towards delivery partners or vendor staff will result in immediate account termination.
